We are within close proximity to the PA Turnpike, Interstate 79 and Route 65. Rail service is provided by CSX and Norfolk Southern with switching available through PAM, our own on-site railroad which can accommodate up to 100 cars. The terminal is part of the Port-of-Pittsburgh, the nation's largest inland port and last break bulk center on the inland waterway system. Due to its moderate winters and strategic location, our facility provides a perfect all year, overnight distribution center for commodities going to the Northeast USA and Canada. MRIE owns and operates Pittsburgh, Allegheny and McKees Rocks Railroad.
